U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis of the District of Maryland ordered all discovery stayed for seven days under the “agreement of the parties” after the Trump administration filed a motion under seal asking for a brief reprieve to explain how it intends to facilitate the release of mistakenly deported Maryland resident Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia from the custody of El Salvador.
