A Houston man has sued Rocket Mortgage and Charles Schwab Bank, alleging they didn’t disclose that another person couldn’t assume his mortgage. The man is seeking class action status. His lawyer said it sends a message to mortgage companies that they have to disclose all terms of a loan upfront.
